The captivating Jamaican singer/songwriter, Etana, unveils her latest video "Blessings" featuring the popular Sicilian-Italian reggae artist Alborosie. Directed by the renowned Ras Kassa, the vibrant video celebrates love and all its blessings - no matter what race or creed. The premiere aired Monday night (Apr 6) in Jamaica on RE TV.

This new single off her summer 2008 debut The Strong One on VP Records, has already reached the #1 position on the United Kingdom Choice FM chart and continues to peak on reggae charts worldwide.

Etana

This talented artist landed her first major gig as a back-up singer for roots sensation Richie Spice. Since then, she has scored three solo #1 hits, toured the globe from the United States to Europe to Africa and was recently awarded Best Female Vocalist at both the Excellence in Music & Entertainment (EME) Awards and IRIE FM Radio Awards as well as the Best Solo Female Reggae Vocalist at the 1st annual Reggae Academy Awards. "Reminiscent of India.Arie, the Jamaican-born, Miami-raised singer/songwriter's poetic consciousness amid soul-stirring grooves rivals that of gifted neo-soulsters," according to Essence.com. Incorporating elements of jazz, pop, rock and reggae, Etana has cultivated a pristine sound that touches on real life experiences and enlightens her listeners on her debut VP album The Strong One.

Alborosie

Alberto Dascola aka Alborosie is an Italian reggae singer, deejay and producer based in Kingston, Jamaica. He was born in Sicily in 1977 and in 1993, he formed a reggae band in Italy called Reggae National Tickets. He produced his biggest hit "Herbalist" in 2006 and notably released several other singles as "Kingston Town" , "Rastafari Anthem", "Slam Bam", "Life" featuring Jah Cure and "Call Up Jah" all on his own label Forward records.

Ras Kassa

Ras Kassa a.k.a The Guru is Jamaican filmmaker who has earned much of his success through directing commercial music videos, such as: Damian Marley's "Welcome To Jamrock", Willie Nelson's "Worried Man" and Beenie Man's "Dude -Remix" (to name a few). The Rastafarian editor, writer, producer, cinematographer, musician and painter formed his own company The Guru Films in 2007 to expand on his achievements and multitude of talents.
